Trap Success

Happy New Year. Make time your motivator. Trap what you need now. Live to win.

Below are few practical guides that my mentoring process will help you further develop.

  1. Set specific, achievable goals for yourself. This will give you something to work towards and help you measure your progress. Make sure that your goal is achieved, make necessary adjustments where needed.
  2. Learn from your successes and failures. After each sales call or meeting, take time to reflect on what went well and what you could have done differently. Write this down and review it daily. Continue to add and modify this list in order to keep it relevant to your goals. It’s good practice to review this list before calls and meetings.
  3. Practice, practice, practice. The more you sell, the more comfortable and confident you will become. I like to bounce around selling ideas with my family to get a fresh perspective on my process; you’ll be surprised with their feedback.
  4. Stay positive and persistent. Selling can be tough, and you will likely face rejection along the way. But it’s important to stay positive and keep trying. Remember that every “no” is just one step closer to a “yes.”
