Trust needs to earned and sustained. Not always the easiest thing to do. Assign a “trust factor” color to each account. Review ways to validate and improve opportunity’s trust factor with your manager and peers. Always trust yourself.

Opportunities are your ultimate source of revenue that enable you to retire and exceed your quota. You can never have too many opportunities in your funnel; and you need to continually scrub each opportunity and properly position them in your forecast to your manager for joint review.
You need to know what percent of your opportunities actually translate into a sale.
